Regional Engineering Manager

Job Title:             Regional Engineering Manager
Hours:                 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Friday

We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a Regional Engineering Manager to join our dynamic Manufacturing team.

In this key role, you will:

  • Assess and Enhance: Evaluate the current state of maintenance and engineering resources across regional sites, developing and implementing plans to bridge identified gaps and improve overall capability.
  • Drive Performance: Utilize data analysis to understand maintenance and engineering performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
  • Implement PPM Schedules: Introduce and optimize preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for a range of production equipment using critical path analysis, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems.
  • Hold an HNC qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, with time-served experience.
  • Demonstrate strong fault-finding capabilities, making informed, critical decisions based on assessments.
  • Have proven experience in introducing and managing PPM systems.
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Information

This role involves travel to sites across Scotland and Northwest England, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach to managing regional responsibilities.
